OBEY CITY
Obey City has been producing bangers & DJing social gatherings for a
minute now. He may still be a young blood the world, but he's a
veteran to the game. Favoring a lush production sound heavily
influenced by pop & RnB music of the late 70s & early 80s, as well
hip-hop summer jams, he works to craft gems that help ladies create
babies. Look out for his buddy Mike Bubble's new record, slated to
drop in late 2010.

HOODIE ALLEN
It's 5:00 AM on a Saturday morning as the boys of Hoodie Allen shuffle into LaGuardia Airport. Multitasking has become routine for the New York based duo as they balance their goal of making it big in music with the realities of a full time job and college course load. It's a welcomed challenge that has taught the group firsthand the power of grassroots marketing in building a fan base. With a diverse set of influences ranging from Outkast to Hall and Oates, Hoodie Allen recently released their first full-length mixtape, entitled "Making Waves" which received over 5000 downloads in its first month--an impressive feat for some "unsigned, self-managed, college kids". Hoodie Allen, a MTV Best Music on Campus Finalist plans to continue spreading their catchy boom-bap hip hop having already supported Big Sean (G.O.O.D Music), Mike Posner( J Records) and Clipse (Columbia Records) on tour in 2010.

DJ STEVE
Balancing precariously between the line of purist pretentiousness and stuff people actually want to hear, and DJ Steve is a self-professed luddite DJ/multi-instrumentalist who borrows from his extensive record collection to put together mixes that incorporate early styles of dance music. He specializes in live vinyl mashups/mixing of 70's and 80's funk, R&B, soul, disco, boogie, house, hip-hop, freestyle, and electro. The phrase "the medium is the message" is one taken very seriously by Steve. He also likes the phrase "everything old is new again."
